Quality Assured Documentation Services (QuADS) commenced operations in 2001 and is run by a professional team. We provide a complete one-stop pre-press solution—copyediting, scanning, typesetting, proofreading, indexing, project management—to publishers and typesetters of scientific/technical/medical (STM) books and journals. We have over seven decades of pre-press experience between us and have worked on jobs for major scientific publishers in Europe and the United States.

We at QuADS believe that an STM book or journal deals with the intellect. Keeping this in mind, the production process at QuADS takes care of the interests of: (i) the authors, who drive the content; (ii) the publishers, who define the style; and (iii) the readers, who are the end-users.

QuADS consists of an experienced, talented, and highly qualified team of copyediting professionals having the right prerequisites—excellent academic background, impeccable English language skills, an eye for detail, and the right attitude. They have been exposed to various publisher styles, and are thoroughly familiar with various house styles like those of the American Psychologists Association (APA), the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Mathematical Society (AMS), the American Chemical Society (ACS), and the Council of Biology Editors (CBE).

Copyeditors being the only people who actually deal with the content, we firmly believe that the quality of the final product is driven by copyediting. Copyeditors therefore form the core of our team.
